in the world. the combination of beautiful mountain scenery,
exhilarating white water rapids and fascinating cultural opportunities

river of Nepal. The best time for rafting in Nepal is usually
September to early December and March to June.
Trisuli
River:
The Trisuli river runs just west of Kathmandu that makes it
an ideal place for day trips. It is generally class 3-4-grade
river, which has fun rapids and good swimming. Rafting can
be done only day trip or overnight camping. After the Rafting
trip Pokhara and the Chitwan are the most assess place to
visit.
Kaligandaki
River:
This is a fun and challenging river is considered to be one
of the holiest river sin all of Nepal. Villages and temples
can be found throughout the entire trip giving you a cultural
view of rural Nepal. It is class 3-4 Grade Rivers, which is
more difficult and continuous than the Trisuli River. Trips
generally last for 2 to 4 days.
Bhote
Koshi River:
This located west from Kathmandu. This is the steepest
rafted in Nepal. The rapids are steep and continuous class
4-5. Duration of the Rafting is 2 days and camping overnight
at the bank of the river.
Sun
Koshi River:
The
longest river trip through Mahabharat range (dolalghat to
chuchura. One of the 10 best rafting trips in the world .
A fairly relaxed paddle with class 2 and small class 3 rapids
to begin with. Progress to more powerful and frequent rapids
up to 4+.
Seti
River:
An excellent 2 days trip. Quite isolated with jungle scenery
and some easy but exciting rapids. River joins in the Trisuli
at the end of the trip. Trip combine with the visit to the
Royal Chitwan national park.
